A few sweet things about this past Sunday:
- Soft snow falling nearly all day long throughout every window I looked. It was beautiful.
- After church Angus fell asleep in his Daddy's lap. He was so peaceful, it was so precious.
- There was a little girl today in Nursery that was having a major panic attack. I was able to help her settle down and feel safe and comfortable. I think the rest of Church went okay for her after that. It felt really good to be able and help her, to be her buddy for a bit. Silly, I know, but I am actually getting a wee bit emotional thinking about it. It was really simple, but I think it meant a lot to her tiny self. I know it meant a lot to me to be able to help.
- Writing letters and forming mumbo jumbo words on the foggy window panes with Oscar. All the while snowflakes fell in the background.
- Chatting together with Lula (Julia) in Thailand on her Monday morning, and trying to show her the snow through the skype camera.
- My boys laughing together while playing in the front seats of the car. They have been laughing together, playing together all weekend. I love it and so do they. It is one of my favorite things about having two boys.
