Chef Oscar's Tuesday Lunch Special:
Granny Smith apple round, thinly sliced
topped with a lightly salted jewel yam,
and a fresh laid egg (Raisin's first one!) fried to perfection.
He created it, and he devoured it.I watched in awe.
(Secretly hoping that he would NOT offer me a bite.)
